Signs & Symptoms that your gut health needs some love!

"Gut health" looks different on everyone. For some people, they experience the "typical" poor gut health symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pains, constipation, diarrhoea, food intolerances, etc. While others experience some unusual symptoms that seem unrelated to gut health like acne, eczema, hay fever, hormonal imbalances, sugar cravings, recurrent infections, fatigue, and the list goes on.

This is because of the fundamental connections between the gut & brain, gut & skin, gut & immune system, gut & hormones, and so on.

Typical Signs & Symptoms

  • Bloating, gas or burping

  • Reflux or heartburn

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Constipation, diarrhoea, irregular or infrequent bowel motions

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

  • Unexplained weight loss

  • Food intolerances

  • Low appetite
